About Me
What inspired me to start Ruthys Wascly Wabbits? We love pets and love to spend time outdoors. As a homeschool family we feel it's part of our ongoing educators role to provide opportunities to learn responsibility and empathy. We love seeing the babies grow and their distinct personalities develop.
Ethical Raising Practices
Our approach to ethically raising rabbits benefits the animals greatly. Our bucks get daily turnout in a 12'x12' run. Our does have no more than 2 litters a year and raise their babies in large 4'x4' pens. They have fresh grass in the summer, spend plenty of time outside and always have good Timothy hay available!
What Makes Us Different
What should customers know about Ruth that makes Ruthys Wascly Wabbits stand out from other rabbit breeders? We believe rabbits should be respected even though they don't have a voice. They may be quiet but their need to move , to play and to interact with eachother should not be taken lightly. We prefer buyers who will allow plenty of opportunities to move and play to their buns whether they are for show, pet or breeding.
Future Goals
Our hopes for the future of Ruthys Wascly Wabbits are to continue producing friendly pets to join your family. We also would like to build our show experience and continue improving our lines while maintaining buns with great personalities.
